A four-year-old boy reported missing has died in hospital after being found in a swimming pool at an activity centre in Devon.
The child was reported missing at Knapp House Activity Centre in Bideford just before 3pm on Monday.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained, police say.
The incident happened during a trip organised by Devon Narcotics Anonymous, local media reported.
